Barbequed Iguana

2 oz reposado tequila

1 1-inch piece of celery

2 cilantro leaves

½ oz lime juice

½ medium tomato

4 drops Bitter End Bar-B-Que Bitters


Muddle all ingredients, except tequila, in a mixing glass.  Add tequila and shake with ice.  Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
