Casablanca Cooler

4 parts darjeeling tea
3 parts cardamom-infused bourbon
2 parts darjeeling-infused pistachio liquer (e.g. Dumante Verde Noce)
1 part lemon juice
fresh mint
7 drops The Bitter End Moroccan bitters

Put a few mint leaves in a shaker and add the bitters. Muddle. Add the rest of the liquid ingredients and some ice. Shake and double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
